HOW TO USE – Two to three spoonfuls in a bowl of warm water; soak for 15–20 minutes. Also works as a full bath.

Foot soak: dissolve a generous handful in a bowl or foot spa of warm water and soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Follow with a pumice or foot file on softened hard skin, then moisturise.

Bath: two or three handfuls under warm running water, soak for 20 minutes.

Use two or three times a week. Keep the lid closed and the jar dry.
